Hi,
1. Tip: the missing-package playbook
Sooner or later a buyer writes "it never came." TCGplayer's help center spells out what you're expected to do:
- Answer within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, not holidays). If you don't, the buyer can escalate to TCGplayer Customer Service.
- Reported on the estimated delivery date (EDD) or within 2 business days after it? You can ask them to wait until the EDD + 2 business days. Reported later than that? Refund right away. Expedited orders get the same timing.
- Refunding: on the order page choose Full Refund, then Refund Origin "Buyer Initiated" and Refund Reason "Package - Missing".
- Untracked envelope that didn't arrive by the EDD: it's a full refund. New: US sellers with 1,000+ lifetime orders can get that refund credited back through TCGplayer Safeguard on orders placed on or after Aug 17, 2026. Refund first, then escalate the message thread or open a ticket.
- Over $49.99: the order needs tracking or delivery confirmation (USPS, UPS or FedEx) for seller protection.

2. What changed: new stamp prices are live (Oct 4)
The USPS letter prices from last week's issue are now in effect: $0.82 for the first ounce, $0.29 for each extra ounce, up to 3.5 oz, plus $0.49 if the envelope is nonmachinable. Old Forever stamps still cover the first ounce. Source: pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/Notice123.htm
One month until the holiday crunch: Pokémon's Mega Evolution, Delta Reign lands Nov 6.
3. New in TCG Speed Shipper: label + packing slip on one page
A subscriber asked for this one. Pick "8.5×11 — Label + packing slip on one page" and each order prints on a single sheet, with the shipping label on top and that order's packing slip below. Cut or fold on the dashed line and the slip goes in the package. It works on plain paper or half-sheet (8.5×5.5) shipping labels. tcgspeedshipper.com/
