Step 1: Export your packing list from TCGPlayer
Log in to your TCGPlayer seller account and go to Orders in your seller dashboard.
Click Packing List, then look for the Export button.
TCGPlayer generates a CSV file containing every order that hasn't been marked shipped yet. Save it somewhere you'll find it — Downloads is fine.
Step 2: Enter your return address once
Open TCG Speed Shipper and enter your return address. It's saved in your browser's local storage, not on a server, so it's there automatically next time — you only ever type it once per device.
Step 3: Upload the CSV file
Drag the exported CSV onto the upload area, or click to browse for it. The file is read and parsed entirely in your browser using the FileReader API — buyer names, addresses, and order contents never leave your device. Step 4: Choose your label format
Pick 4×6 if you have a thermal label printer (Rollo, Dymo, MUNBYN, and similar all use this size), or 8.5×11 with 1, 2, 3, or 4 labels per page if you're printing on a regular home printer. Toggle packing slips on if you want a matching slip generated after each label.
Step 5: Download and print
Click Download to generate the PDF. When you print it, choose Actual Size or 100% scale in your print dialog — never "Fit to Page," which rescales the label and throws off the dimensions. For a 4×6 thermal printer, also confirm the paper size is set to exactly 4 × 6 inches in the printer driver.
CSV didn't parse? The most common cause is TCGPlayer changing an export column name, or a malformed first export in a session. Try re-exporting once — the second export is usually clean. For the full breakdown of what's actually in the file, see TCGPlayer Packing List CSV Format Explained.
