These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of TCG Speed Shipper ("we", "us"), available at tcgspeedshipper.com (the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or buy a paid plan. If you use the Service for a business, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
The Service turns order exports and addresses you provide into printable PDF address labels, envelopes, and packing slips. Processing happens in your browser. The Service does not sell postage, create carrier shipping labels, or generate tracking numbers — you still buy postage from USPS or another carrier.
TCG Speed Shipper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TCGplayer, eBay, or any trading card game publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Keep your password secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at clujkeebs@gmail.com if you think it has been accessed without permission. Give us an email address you can receive mail at, since that's how we'll contact you about your account and billing.
Because you can cancel any time and keep access through the period you've paid for, payments are generally non-refundable. But we want you to be happy: if you were charged by mistake, charged after you tried to cancel, or subscribed and the Service didn't work for you, email clujkeebs@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Someone who signs up through a referral or creator link gets their first month of a paid plan free, once, on their first subscription only; a payment method is collected at checkout and the plan renews at the regular price when the free month ends unless cancelled before then. The person who referred them earns their reward only after that first real payment. Promo codes, referral rewards, and other free-access periods have no cash value, can't be transferred or resold, and may have their own conditions (for example, one use per customer or per connection). When a free or discounted period ends, the subscription continues at the regular price unless you cancel — or, if no payment method is on file, paid features simply end. We may refuse, reverse, or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse, and we may change or end these programs at any time for the future (rewards you've already earned stay yours).
The Service, its design, code, and guides belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service and the PDFs it generates for your own selling. The labels and slips you generate — and the data in them — are yours.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever shut down a paid plan, we'll give you notice and refund any prepaid, unused portion.
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or abuse the Service. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We don't warrant that labels will be accepted by any carrier or that packages will be delivered.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES, POSTAGE COSTS, MARKETPLACE PENALTIES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $20. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If you use the Service in violation of these Terms or the law — for example, by misusing buyer data — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of claims brought against us as a result, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state where the Service's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law where you live.
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes that affect paid subscribers we'll give notice by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
